Product Applications:
The ZY-H201-1000K40 Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber simulates various high-temperature, high-humidity, low-temperature, low-humidity, and cyclic humidity-heat environments to evaluate the heat resistance, cold resistance, and humidity-heat resistance of materials, components, or equipment, as well as any potential damage or reduction in service life. It also tests the parameters and performance of these items following changes in temperature conditions during cyclic humidity-heat or constant-temperature tests.

Cabinet Construction:
2.1.1. Inner Chamber Material: Made of SUS304 stainless steel sheet (1.2 mm thick), which offers advantages such as acid resistance, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning.
2.1.2. Outer Chamber Material: Cold-rolled steel sheet with a baked paint finish, 1.2 mm thick.
2.1.3. Insulation and Noise: The insulation layer consists of integral polyurethane foam, which is lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant. The cabinet door is sealed with magnetic gaskets, offering an aesthetically pleasing design and high temperature control accuracy. The joints between the inner and outer cabinets are constructed using non-metallic materials resistant to high and low temperatures, effectively reducing heat transfer. Humidification is achieved via an isolated humidification system. The unit is equipped with a hermetically sealed refrigeration system that operates smoothly and quietly, and features stainless steel finned heating tubes for air heating, providing rust and corrosion resistance.
2.1.4. Sample Racks: Made of SUS304 stainless steel, punched and bent into a mesh structure for convenience and aesthetics, with adjustable spacing; two racks are included as standard, evenly distributed to support a load of ≤25 kg.
2.1.5. Test Port: A Φ50mm test port is provided, complete with corresponding thermal insulation accessories and a dedicated sealing plug.
2.1.6. Viewing Window: Features double-layer vacuum-tempered glass with an inner laminated conductive film for defrosting, allowing clear observation of the test process inside the chamber.
2.1.7. Door Handle: Equipped with a non-reactive, explosion-proof door handle for simple, safe, and reliable operation.
2.1.8. Mobility and Positioning System: High-quality swivel casters with brakes are installed at the base of the unit, allowing for quick and easy movement to the designated location and secure positioning.
Control System:
2.2.1. Equipped with a precision LCD programmable temperature controller; intelligent digital PID microprocessor-based temperature control instrument;
2.2.2. Touchscreen settings, digital and direct display, with humidity displayed directly as a percentage; temperature control employs a thermal equilibrium method;
2.2.3. The precision LCD programmable temperature controller supports program testing, allowing for multi-group, multi-segment programming operations. Users can choose between fixed-value or program modes, set times arbitrarily, schedule start and stop times, and, in the event of a power outage, resume heating or cooling operations according to the scheduled settings;
2.2.4. Convenient data processing: Can be connected to a computer (optional RS-232 and LAN communication interfaces available), features a USB data transfer interface (for flash drives), and allows for the display and printing of temperature, humidity, and time curves on a computer, providing a reliable guarantee for the storage and playback of test process data.
Display Functions:
- Direct display of setpoint (SV) and actual (PV) values for temperature and humidity
- Displays program number, stage, remaining time, cycle count, and operating time
- Program editing and graphical curve display
- Dedicated program editing screen; each page allows input of 4 stages of temperature, humidity, and time
- Display of fixed-point or program operation status
- Language switching between Chinese and English
- 7-inch true-color display screen
