The ZY-H302X UV Weathering Test Chamber (also known as a UV Accelerated Aging Test Chamber, UV Aging Test Chamber, or Fluorescent UV Aging Chamber) is a specialized testing device that **simulates environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation from sunlight, condensation, and rain spray** to reproduce, within a short period of time, the aging effects that materials would undergo over months to years in a natural environment.It accelerates the testing of aging phenomena such as fading, discoloration, cracking, chalking, crazing, embrittlement, oxidation, and loss of strength, making it a core piece of equipment for evaluating the weather resistance of non-metallic materials.

Structural Features:
- The chamber is manufactured using CNC equipment, featuring advanced craftsmanship, smooth lines, and an elegant, stylish appearance.
- The chamber is constructed from 1.0 mm thick steel plate with a baked-on paint finish.
- The heating method employs an internal water-tank system, ensuring rapid temperature rise and uniform temperature distribution.
- The internal air ducting employs a single-cycle system with one imported axial fan, which increases airflow and heating capacity, significantly improving the temperature uniformity of the test chamber.
- Water source and consumption: 8 liters of purified water or distilled water per day.
- The drainage system utilizes a vortex-type and U-shaped sedimentation device for drainage, making it easy for users to clean.
Light Source Description:
- The light source consists of eight UV-series fluorescent tubes with a rated power of 40W, mounted on the top of the machine (imported tubes are available as an option).
- The distance between the sample surface and the plane of the UV lamp is 50 mm, and the two are parallel.
- Users can choose between UV-B313 and UV-A340 light sources (select one).
- The spectral energy of the UV-A340 lamp is primarily concentrated around a wavelength of 340 nm.
- The spectral energy of the UV-B313 lamp is primarily concentrated around a wavelength of 313 nm.
- Lamps: Specialized UV lamps, 8 in total, 40W each.
- Since the light output of fluorescent lamps gradually decreases over time, to minimize the impact of this decline on test results, one old lamp is replaced with a new one every quarter of the total lamp lifespan. This ensures that the UV light source always consists of a mix of new and old lamps, thereby maintaining a constant light output.
Control System:
- Black aluminum plates are used to connect the temperature sensors, and a black panel temperature controller regulates the heating, ensuring more stable temperatures.
- Accessories: 1 stainless steel sample rack for adjusting the distance between the sample and the lamp tube.
- Temperature and humidity control method: Balanced Temperature and Humidity Control (BTHC).
- Controller: Youyi touchscreen programmable controller.
