Light Source Description:

  1. The light source consists of eight UV-series fluorescent tubes with a rated power of 40W, mounted on the top of the machine (imported tubes are available as an option).
  2. The distance between the sample surface and the plane of the UV lamp is 50 mm, and the two are parallel.
  3. Users can choose between UV-B313 and UV-A340 light sources (select one).
  4. The spectral energy of the UV-A340 lamp is primarily concentrated around a wavelength of 340 nm.
  5. The spectral energy of the UV-B313 lamp is primarily concentrated around a wavelength of 313 nm.
  6. Lamps: Specialized UV lamps, 8 in total, 40W each.
  7. Since the light output of fluorescent lamps gradually decreases over time, to minimize the impact of this decline on test results, one old lamp is replaced with a new one every quarter of the total lamp lifespan. This ensures that the UV light source always consists of a mix of new and old lamps, thereby maintaining a constant light output.
