The ZY-MIT135 Film Folding Endurance Tester is specifically designed to determine the fatigue life of plastic films, composite materials, and flexible packaging under repeated folding. This instrument simulates the folding endurance of materials during actual packaging, folding, and usage, making it indispensable quality control equipment for food packaging, electronic films, and lithium battery separator industries.
Principle of Operation:
Dynamic Bending: The drive mechanism performs reciprocating bending on the test specimen at a set angle (e.g., 135° ± 2°) and speed (175 ± 5 cycles per minute) to simulate real-world usage conditions.
Cumulative Fatigue Testing: Sensors monitor stress changes in real time during the bending process, and a counter records the critical number of cycles leading to fracture.
