The ZY-ZD254 Automotive Transport Simulation Vibration Test Chamber, also known as a “vibration test chamber,” simulates the damage caused to products by the jolts experienced during automotive transport. It is used to evaluate a product’s ability to withstand environmental vibrations. This machine is a modified version of similar equipment from Europe and the United States, featuring rotary vibration. It complies with European and American transportation regulations and meets testing standards such as EN71, ANSI, UL, ASTM, and ISTA.
Test Objective:
This machine is used to perform a series of controlled vibration simulations during testing to determine whether products can withstand the rigors of transportation or vibration-induced environmental factors throughout their lifecycle, as well as to establish design and functional requirements. Statistical data indicates that a 3% improvement in design quality can lead to a 20% increase in recovery rates and an 18% reduction in various unnecessary expenses.

- The user must install an air circuit breaker or power switch of appropriate capacity at the installation site for the equipment, and this switch must be dedicated exclusively to this equipment.
